Off the coast of Spain is an island, Majorca; it is a famous vacation spot in the Mediterranean Sea. The capitol city, Palma, gives its name to the airport close by, Palma (PMI) which is not only one of the largest in Spain but also a major international airport as well. And, during the summer, it is also one of the busiest. Air Berlin decided to make it their hub, so popular is this destination with Germans, and therefore has many Majorca flights.

As many people as want to fly in to Majorca, there will ultimately be as many flying out. From here, you can reach anywhere in the world, perhaps more easily than you might think.

Recently, Majorca was the most popular destination for British Islanders, and if it isn’t in the top slot every year, it is always close.

Other choices for international flights include Berlin Air. Travel first to Dusseldorf and, from there, go anywhere in the world. This airline has flights to New York, Tel Aviv, Mombassa and Moscow, to name a few. Air France is just one way to travel to Beijing with just two stops. Or, for Tokyo, just two stops on KLM and Lufthansa and you will arrive at your destination. These two airlines can take you almost anywhere in the world via their hubs.

In this airport there are plenty of bars and restaurants to keep you busy. If you need anything late at night, no worries because there is a 24-hour bar and even cafeteria. The shops in this airport are endless. You can shop in a leather goods shop, toy shop, candy and even flower shops. You may even want to check out the clothes and jewelry shops.

As one of the most popular destinations for European holidays, you can travel from Majorca to almost anywhere on the globe. You can check into Majorca flights today and be traveling the world tomorrow.
