Casa Rafaels Inn houses this Cabo San Lucas restaurant. Casa Rafaels restaurant is also open to the public as well as guests. We had one meal here, but not because it wasn't nice but because you miss a lot of Cabo San Lucas if you don't eat somewhere different every night.

The food is so good in Cabo San Lucas, it's probably the biggest thing after the fishing and golf.

We was staying at the Inn at the time so we didn't have far to go that evening. It was a warm evening so we was lucky we had booked out table poolside. After looking at the menu for a few minutes we decided to go for the smoked dorado pate that was with a spicy cheese. And we also had breaded shrimp with cocktail sauce.

These were just right to get our appetites going. we went straight from the starter to the main course.

For our main course we chose the lobster medallions in a black bean sauce. We also ordered a rack of lamb. When we're away we try and eat the things we wouldn't normally do to give our meals something extra. We don't see any point in going all that way to eat beef or chicken every night.

This Cabo San Lucas restaurant is in the marlin capital of the world so fishing is massive here. Therefore the fish is always fresh so we try and eat as much of that as possible, even though we did order a rack of lamb for this meal. Not having lamb that often when it looks good I always have a taste. The table next to ours ordered some and it looked delicious. Fortunately it tasted as good as it looked.

Desert

The desert menu was a little sparse but they will make you something that you choose for a set price.

After your meal

You have a cigar room at this Cabo San Lucas restaurant to go into after your meal if that's something you enjoy doing. When you get in there you have a cigar and choose a drink from the selection of cognacs, brandies, sherries or ports. There's also a piano bar as well for some light entertainment while you have a few drinks.
