A Day On El Medano Beach
Your day on El Medano Beach at Cabo San Lucas can start as early as you want it too. Be prepared for a very entertaining day. You have good places to eat, and some activities that you can participate in. You're also on the only public beach where you can swim safely in Cabo San Lucas.
Places to eat
If you're out on El Medano Beach nice and early you have some restaurants that will serve you breakfast. You have The Office which serves breakfast from 7.00 am. You can get a tasty Chorizo and Eggs. The eggs are scrambled with local Miraflores chorizo (sausage), and then served with beans and hash browns.

If you don't fancy eating at the office you can get a table at Mango Deck. This is by far the most entertaining restaurant on El Medano Beach. Mango Deck has an MC that keeps things moving in between all the other entertainment. You will witness competitions that include a sexy dancing competition, and a dive and splash competition.
These will both have you laughing till it hurts. The sexy dancing usually has contestants that have had a little too much to drink. And the dive and splash is in 2 foot of water so anything can happen there.
Cabo San Lucas activities
Away from the restaurants you have activities you can enjoy along El Medano Beach. You can rent a jet skis or wave runners. These are an excellent way to have fun for an hour. You will be bouncing off the waves on the Sea Of Cortez in no time.

Another excellent way to spend some time on the water at Medano Beach is parasailing. You get a birds eye view of the beach, and everything else around you. The freedom you experience is unbelievable. This is a Cabo San Lucas activity that's best done in the morning. There isn't so much traffic on the water then so it's a lot safer, and the boat towing you gets more freedom on the water.
A day at El Medano Beach
It's easy to spend a whole day at El Medano Beach. The entertainment carries right into the late evening. Good food and drink all day with plenty of activities and laughter. What more could you ask for on a day at the beach.
