If you prefer the white sands to sun bath on you're not very far from the beach. A 5 - 10 minute walk and you'll be on Pedregal's private beach. The only downfall with the beach is you can't swim in the ocean as the undercurrents are too powerful.
The only public swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas is Medano beach. You can get a water taxi from lovers beach to Medano beach for just a few dollars. There you can swim, jet ski and eat at The Office.

Visit Los Cabos
Give yourself some freedom while on your Cabo San Lucas vacation and rent a car. You will have plenty to see and do, and save yourself from getting cabs everywhere. The cost of them soon adds up.
The Los Cabos Corridor is a short drive away, and once there you can experience some sport including a round of golf. This part of Mexico is well known for it's golf with 6 championship courses to try out.
